Sphynx

Entering 2024, I experienced a major creative turning point. I realized I wanted to share my work with the world, build a real brand, and start selling my art, beginning with small-batch stickers on Etsy. To kick off this new chapter, I knew I needed to scale up. This Sphynx cat became my first-ever large-format A3 masterwork, designed to anchor a future portfolio of premium fine art prints.

The hairless, dramatic skin folds of the Sphynx provided the absolute ultimate landscape for high-contrast dot work, letting me push the limits of depth and texture.

Hand-inked on an A3 canvas, utilizing ultra-dense dot clusters within the deep ear recesses and neck wrinkles to give the profile a striking, sculptural presence.

Moving to A3 completely altered my workflow. It demanded a massive leap in technical stamina and precision, mapping out large scale gradients without losing the fine detail.

This piece marks the definitive birth of the commercial studio space. It was the catalyst that proved I could handle large-scale, intricate feature pieces, and we haven't stopped soaring since.
